...is not just to follow the norms around the society. You also have to question everything around you, and that is where you get your wisdom.
Well, being a Christian is not just about praying one hour a day, reading the Bible or to attend church services every Saturday or Sunday, it's about being a more godly person, and to be a more wise, enlightened person.
The sad thing is, when you begin to be wise, things around you will change. You will see things differently. Everything around you will tempt you to think more.
"Ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will open."
- Jesus said this in the Gospel of Matthew.
Same applies to any followers of another faith. Even the Eastern religions like Buddha and Islam teaches the followers to learn and seek more wisdom.
